What is a session turnaround time?
I like to give my clients a quick but quality turnaround time. Depending on the session I normally do a week. If a session is taking longer than normal I will follow up and communicate with the client to let them know the status of their delivery.
How do you deliver a clients gallery?
Galleries are delivered digitality through pixieset.
Do you offer prints?
I do not offer prints but I can assist clients with ordering from a professional printing lab.
Do you have travel rates?
Yes, travel rates are based on the location. Subject to discussion
Do you have a late fee?
Yes, late fees are set in place, and as follows:
* 5 mins late- no fee
*10-15 mins late - ADD $15.00 to total
*15-20 Mins late - ADD $20.00 to total
*30 mins - Reschedule with addition $40.00 added to total and all future sessions must be paid in full.
Reschedule / Cancel Policy
You must reschedule or cancel within a 24 hour notice. Failure to reschedule or cancel your session within the respected time frame results in a $50 same day Cancelation / Reschedule that must be paid in advance before your rescheduled date.
